Manajemen Rantai Pasok Pada Industri Pertahanan di Era Industri 4.0 dan Digital
Abstract
Pada era revolusi industri dan digital ini menurut Fantazy et al. (2019) persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, industri pertahanan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja strategisnya. Industri pertahanan harus dapat memanfaatkan beberapa kemungkinan untuk menjadi lebih kompetitif dan produktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja industri pertahanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh Supply Chain Management terhadap kinerja industri pertahanan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling Equation Modeling menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Kuesioner online dikirimkan kepada 220 responden manajemen yaitu manajer, supervisor sebuah industri pertahanan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa Supply Chain Management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja industri pertahanan industry pertahanan.
