SINERGITAS PERGURUAN TINGGI DENGAN INDUSTRI PERTAHANAN UNTUK OPTIMALISASI KEBUTUHAN ALAT UTAMA SISTEM PERSENJATAAN NASIONAL

Abstract

Industri pertahanan merupakan bagian besar dari kerangka diplomasi, dimana Perang besar jarang terjadi, waktunya sulit diprediksi, skalanya menunjukkan variabilitas yang sangat besar dari waktu ke waktu dan wilayah geografis dan pasukan lawan dapat menggunakan teknologi dan peralatan yang berbeda, terkadang sangat berbeda, sehingga capaian dari pemanfaatan industri militer lebih sulit untuk dikalkulasikan. Artikel ini dibangun di atas tinjauan literatur sistematis (systematic literature review/SLR) dengan mengikuti item pelaporan yang disukai untuk tinjauan sistematis dan protokol meta-analisis (preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta–analysis/PRISMA). Beberapa perguruan tinggi dalam negeri yang terlibat dalam pengembangan industri pertahanan diantaranya ITB yang berhasil mengambangkan PUNA MALE bersama dengan Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT), Kementerian Pertahanan, TNI AU, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, dan PT LEN Persero, serta mengembangkan Teknologi radar pasif. UGM dengan UAV kompak Fiachra Aeromapper, UAV Amphibi Gama V2, Rudal Pasopati Rocket Assisted Take-Off, Drone Palapa S-1, dan Geospatial Artificial Intelligence. Serta kapal selam “The Croc” yang dikembangkan oleh ITS. Integrasi antara industri dan perguruan tinggi membuktikan bahwa sinergitas perguruan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia dan instansi militer terkait telah terbukti mampu bersaing secara kompetitif dan menciptakan berbagai instrument pertahanan yang relevan saat ini
