Studi Kualitatif Dampak Kaizen Terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif Perusahaan Industri Pertahanan

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak penerapan kaizen terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada sebuah perusahaan industri pertahanan . Metode penulisan artikel ini ada;ah metodologi kualitatif melalui  wawancara semi-terstruktur perusahaan industri pertahanan.  Studi ini menemukan bahwa penerapan kaizen dirasakan oleh manajemen puncak perusahaan menjadi sangat penting untuk mempertahankan posisi daya saingnya posisi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kaizen dapat diterapkan dan ditempatkan secara strategis dalam budaya tempat kerja industry pertahanan untuk membangun kapabilitas dinamis organisasi. Banyak keuntungan dapat diperoleh dalam kaizen yang sering membutuhkan perubahan perilaku dalam aplikasi termasuk mendorong  transformasi manajemen. Keuntungan penerapan  Kaizen secara terus menerus pengembangan perbaikan  berkelanjutan dari kompetensi orang, manajemen ide dan perbaikan proses operasional yang secara terus menerus. Keunikan ini bisa sangat efektif sebagai sumber daya internal perusahaan untuk melengkapi strategi perusahaan industri pertahanan.
