Peran Mediasi Kaizen dalam Hubungan antara Total Quality Management dan Kinerja Organisasi Industri Pertahanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran mediasi Kaizen dalam hubungan antara manajemen kualitas total dan kinerja organisasi industry pertahanan.  Metode penelitiannya adalah metode kuantitatifdeskriptif-survei dan responden penelitian adalah karyawan industri pertahanan, yaitu sebesar 210 orang yaitu dengan jabatan manajer senior, manajer menengah dan operasional, sebagai sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner online. Analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara prinsip Kaizen dan kinerja  organisasi. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara manajemen kualitas total dan prinsip Kaizen. Terdapat  hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas total manajemen dan kinerja organisasi dengan mediasi peran Kaizen pada industri pertahanan
