Hubungan antara manajemen pengetahuan dan keberlanjutan organisasi Industri Pertahanan: apakah Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh?

Abstract

Tujuan artikel  ini adalah menyelidiki dampak dari penerapan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian Ini menyelidiki perbedaan kinerja antara ISO 9001 perusahaan industri pertahanan. Studi ini menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 320  karyawan industry pertahanan yang ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling.  Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif survey. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan meyebarkan kuesione online melaui media sosial. Alat bantu pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasilnya analisi data  menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan ISO 9001 dan memainkan peran dalam generasi pengetahuan, berbagi, dan pemanfaatan. Manajemen pengetahuan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi dan ISO 9001 memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi pada industri pertahanan.
