THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN CV ARTHA MEGA MANDIRI MEDAN
Abstrak
Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya, namun dalam penelitian ini perlu dicari pengaruh peningkatan kinerja karyawan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Artha Mega Mandiri Medan, dengan responden merupakan karyawan, diambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya dengan regresi dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 75%.
