Kajian Literatur Hubungan Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 Dengan Kinerja operasional dan Organization's Performance Pada Industri Pertahanan
Abstract
Saat ini, ISO 9001 telah diadopsi oleh berbagai organisasi di seluruh dunia. Beberapa studi empiris mengungkapkan pentingnya alat manajemen kualitas ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja terus menerus dalam organisasi, untuk memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan dan mempromosikan daya saing di pasar. Meskipun standar ISO 9001 telah menunjukkan kegunaannya bagi perusahaan dari berbagai sektor, tetapi tidak ada consensus antara praktisi dan cendekiawan apakah ISO 9001 sangat memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meninjau temuan empiris studi, yang menguji hubungan hipotesis antara standar ISO 9001 dan perspektif yang berbeda dari kinerja organisasi, untuk menyajikan agregat gambaran tentang peran standar ISO dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam organisasi dari sektor yang berbeda. Jadi, penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi, memilih, dan meninjau empiris studi yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian, dan juga diterbitkan antara 2018 dan 2022. Hasil studi empiris menemukan bahwa ISO 9001 secara signifikan mempengaruhi proses bisnis internal, berkorelasi dengan indikator perspektif inovasi dan pembelajaran pada taraf signifikan. Dan ISO 9001:2015 direkomendasikan untuk diterappak pada Industri pertahanan.
