Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Sekolah di SDN Dengkek 01 Pati

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisa dampak gaya kepemimpinan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Dengkek 01 Pati. Fokusnya adalah pada enam gaya kepemimpinan utama yaitu transformasi,transaksional, otokratis, karismatik, birokratis dan demokratis .Artikel  ini telah menyediakan wawasan mendalam tentang gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis, transformasional, birokrasi dan kepemimpinan otokratis memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Dengkek Pati, Dalam artikel  ini menggunakan analisa data  primer dan data sekunder yang  telah dilakukan. Analisa  menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan bantuan instrumen survei, berdasarkan survei daftar pertanyaan. Penelitian sekunder telah dilakukan melalui tinjauan sebelumnya literatur yang ditetapkan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Hasil artikel ini yaitu  menyarankan gaya kepemimpinan karismatik, birokratis dan transaksional memiliki hubungan negatif dengan kinerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, otokratis, dan demokratis Sebaliknya, memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Dengkek Pati .
