Abstrak
Mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif melalui inovasi telah menjadi hal yang krusial dalam industri Pertemuan, Insentif, Konferensi, dan Pameran (MICE) mengingat perubahan yang cepat di pasar global dan terobosan teknologi. Hubungan antara inovasi dan keunggulan kompetitif dalam industri MICE dikaji dalam studi sistematis ini, yang menggunakan teknik PRISMA untuk memeriksa materi dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Kajian ini menggambarkan konsep dan dimensi fundamental dari inovasi dan keunggulan kompetitif yang khusus untuk industri MICE, dengan menekankan pada metodologi taktis dan terobosan teknis yang mendukung posisi pasar dan efisiensi operasional. Wawasan yang diperoleh menyoroti betapa pentingnya inovasi bagi daya saing dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di pasar yang semakin rumit dan peduli terhadap lingkungan.
